15 seconds: eye contour care

Apply an eye contour treatment to the bones around your eye contours and lightly tap from the inner to outer corner of your eyes. It will smoothe your skin and relieve any congestion for a fresh, wide-eyed look. And that's all it takes!

45 seconds: moisturise

Apply a moisturiser to cleansed skin, starting with the middle of face and paying attention to your cheeks, which are often drier. Then gradually work out towards the sides of your face. Gently massage in your cream, to stimulate your circulation and help its goodness to be fully absorbed. Finish off with your T-zone, using up any cream on your fingertips, as this part of the face doesn't need as much moisturising. Result: plump, glowing skin!

3 minutes: a quick scrub

Applying a fine scrub will give you a healthy glow, as it'll get rid of dead cells that suffocate the epidermis. Gently massage it in, using circular movements - no need to scrub too hard. Rinse it off with lukewarm water. Finish off with a spritz of thermal waterand kiss goodbye to a sallow complexion.

Apply micellar water with a cotton pad, paying attention to areas where your make-up is heavier. Repeat until all traces have been removed. And don't forget your neck. Clean skin = healthy skin = glowing skin!
